Service Description

This is a weekly group for adults in recovery who would like assistance with life challenges during the recovery process. We provide education and training on how to ask for help, resolve and improve communication issues, fostering physical well-being, setting goals, establishing new habits and making them stick, budgeting and issues with money, incorporating fun, passionate, and joyful pursuits, crisis prevention and gaining support from your community. This group meets during lunch and is on going. However, please call or schedule an initial consultation online to ensure appropriateness.
