Service Description

A weekly group for women in recovery to provide assistance with life challenges during recovery. We work together as a group to share what’s working, what’s not, and what we can do about it. Topics are chosen to fulfill the needs of group members, but may include: Improving communication ~ Grief and loss that results from change ~ Incorporating fun, passionate, and joyful pursuits ~ Setting goals/budgets, establishing healthy habits and making them stick ~ Your mental health ~ Family Patterns ~ Crisis/relapse prevention. $20 per session/$40 nonrefundable deposit goes directly to session fees
